Was not established yet, and definitely won’t be doing that now. I needed a fecal done for my dog because I can see worms but because I couldn’t bring her physically in, I just needed to drop the poop because I have to work. They said they’re still going have to charge me for an exam they ARENT doing and the fecal test. Money hungry is an understatement.

On Saturday June the 20th, I was with a friend of mine and their dog had been in an accident and had broken their leg. I call this facility, we get the address and head to the Rose Animal clinic in bentonville. We arrive there with five of the staff members in the front lobby. The friend of mine had unfortunately left their wallet at the house but did have a couple of bills on him. Well they give us the estimate and it’s over a grand. The friends dog, had her bone sticking out through the skin, and they would not even wrap her leg up unless we payed for the service. This clinic is a 24/7 hour clinic, and the doctor vet, also mentions that he was not even sure they had all the equipment and tools for the care and treatment that she was going to be needing. I pray that this facility gets all of the instruments for future procedures.

Didn’t get into a room until about 20 min after my appointment. Got charged $65 for a wellness exam but the vet only came in to give a shot (separate fee) and ask if he’s doing ok and then walked out. Other than weighing him, no one checked anything. I also had to remind the assistant multiple times of the additional services I requested (nail trim, flea and tick). To top it off, they have a credit card service fee- as if I didn’t spend enough to cover the charge of them using a credit card reader.
