The care my pup received was excellent and very compassionate. I was very happy with the in depth explanation, but also rapid response to my dog's needs. For once, I also don't feel like I was being overcharged either and the prices were relatively reasonable. I also appreciate that they kept us past closing time and didn't force us to go to the atrocious 24hr animal hospital in Springdale. Everyone really was fantastic, and I'd take my pups back if they need urgent care.

Dr Koontz, Heather, Janet, and all the staff working on July 2nd, late evening really took care of my dogs. They all helped to provide the best medicine and patient care due to an unfortunate case of food bloat. The doctor presented all the options and information based on what my pets needed. This Urgent Care is the BEST in our area! Smart doctors, kind and supportive staff, great communication.

I ended up having to take my cat and unfortunately he had to be put down. The experience of losing my pet was devastating, but the staff at animal urgent care of Bentonville was extremely caring throughout and even sent us a handwritten card in the mail. Grateful to have taken my kitty there and the care they showed him and us will not be forgotten 🖤

The staff we phenomenal with our emergent visit. From the moment you open the door you can feel the love and care that each employee puts into the facility. I would never choose another place. While they did everything they could and more, my baby didnt make it. Blue was loved by the staff the moment we talked through, treated as if he was one of their personal fur kids. I cant thank them enough, even in his passing it was full of so much compassion and thoughtfulness
